Globe Santa does not accept family letters without a holiday gift verification form. Families who have children 12 years old or younger and live in Globe Santa's delivery area can submit a holiday gift verification form from the Department of Transitional Assistance DTA or another approved agency.

Sub for Santa December Santa paying a visit Smiles were brought to many faces this year. We visited the Oljato Senior Center where we delivered individual gift bags to over seniors and we were able to deliver much needed items, food and toys to 19 families 96 people in total in the Olijato Chapter House region of the reservation. We teamed up with EyeCare4Kids to bring much need services to the kids. We delivered school sweatshirts, school supplies and every child received an encyclopedia.

FidelityInvestments donated a check that will go towards books in their library.

    We left individual gift bags and provided presents for the center: including banquet tables, a wheel chair, a tread mill, landscape tools, a vacuum cleaner and pots and pans. Gift delivered to an elder Trucks loaded and ready to deliver new rain catchers to the reservation. This year we visited the Aneth Community School near Four Corners and had a blast with such a great group of kids and teachers. Thanks to Ann Johnson, who heads up this program and the rest of the Navajo Santa Board which includes a team of volunteers, this year was another success.

    Navajo Santa School Delivery and Family Interviews September , Navajo Santa board members and volunteer "elves" distributed backpacks, school supplies and school logoed sweatshirts to students in grades K-6 at the Montezuma Creek Elementary School on September 5, Elves Marty and Darrell Thomas provided dental hygiene kits and an entertaining presentation on dental care. One of the reasons people keep buying new things is that they enjoy giving.
